Payment Policy

At Doz Deals, all transactions are conducted in USD Currency only.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship our products to the lower 48 states of the Continental United States. While we strive to deliver goods in the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame. We rely on third party shipping companies to facilitate our customer deliveries for us. Therefore, we cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

Once an order has been processed, a tracking number usually takes 3-5 business days to be generated. Please take note to allow 3 to 5 business days for your tracking information to be updated. If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days or if the tracking status is showing not available within 3 to 5 business days from the time you have received your tracking number, kindly send us an email to support@dozdeals.com so that we can research the issue.

The processing time for orders is 3-5 business days. Once the shipment has started, estimated delivery time is another 3-5 business days. Please take note that there may be some unforeseen circumstances that we are unable to control that can cause delays. Also, some delays may happen if there is an upcoming holiday season.

We are not liable for deliveries that are affected by natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your area, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.

We are not responsible if a package is not deliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out, if shipping information is not corrected within the given time frame the store policy will apply. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at support@dozdeals.com as soon as possible.

Return Policy

If the product is not damaged, the buyer has the option the return the product within 7 days of receiving the product. In the event you wish to return the purchased item, all costs related, including the shipping fee will be the responsibility of the buyer. Additionally, the item must be undamaged and returned in its original box and packaging. Once Doz Deals receives the undamaged item back we will issue a reimbursement.

After 7 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request to return the item for any reasons.

Replacement Policy

In the event where the product received is defective or damaged, buyers are entitled to request for a replacement within 7 days of receiving the item. Buyers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to support@dozdeals.com. If the case is deemed valid, Doz Deals will cover the related cost to replace the item.

After 7 days of receiving the item, buyers can no longer request for item replacement for any reasons.

Modification & Cancellation Policy

Modifications of Orders
Buyers are only allowed to make changes to orders placed, within 12 hours upon confirmation of order, and before the orders are fulfilled.

Additionally, only the same product with equivalent product price is allowed to be changed within 12 hours.

Cancellation of Orders
In the event you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours upon confirmation of order at support@dozdeals.com. Please be advised that any cancellations after 12 hours upon confirmation of order will no longer be allowed.

The following handling fees will be applied to cancellations according to the tiers listed below.
Tier 1 (from $1 to $30) — 10 % handling fees
Tier 2 (from $30.01 to $50) — 8 % handling fees
Tier 3 (from $50.01 and above) — 5 % handling fees

All cancellation charges will be paid by the buyer.
